Horrible Dental Experience

I was referred to Dr. Kelly's office. I should have gone with my first impression but I booked a cleaning appointment. From the time I arrived the front desk was very short and abrupt. The hygienist however was very accomodating and knowledgable. She suggested a few things of concern and when the dr came in at the end of the visit he confirmed them. Appointments were made for the restorations at the end of the appointment. I ended up with crowns without my knowing exactly why. I should have been more assertive as to what exactly they were doing. And the final blow was the billing office and office manager. You want to find some rude employees call the billing office. You will experience the meaning of rude. They demanded I pay for services that were suggested to me and not really explained to me. Insurance coverage was never fully discussed. I was assured "you have insurance we will see what they pay" and when I got hit with a $1,000.00 bill and asked to pay it I was appalled. If you want a good cleaning but poor treatment by the employees see Dr. Kelly's office.
